    Zack a giant goofball that also happens to be a fighter and a successful businessman. Gen Fu, the super powerful old man that is now passing a mantle to Eliot, a boy that was super insecure before. Bayman, the character that i could call Edgy in some way is him, and he is awesome!

    Ok, i am watching the video now, i do have some points to make here: -Neither Ryu or Hayate were edgy. I could say they tried to make ryu a bit revenge-based on NGblack, and a bit "conflicted" in NG3RE, but the most predominant Ryu we have is the "Justice hero Ryu Hayabusa", which is the best.

    What's still missing from DOA5 now to be perfect?

    - Improved Netcode. - Better stage design/more stages. - Don't know if it is exactly possible in a 3d fighter, but savestates on training mode is handy. For DOA5LR, those are the only i feel that are actually missing.

    @King Anubis That is because of the Ninja Gaiden series, Ryu is a a super human type of character and he has to deal with threats that could destroy the entire planet and so on, so he needs to be a super, though the other ninjas are also on super human levels, they're not on ryu level.

    They were also reaching the limits of what they could do with the old hardware as well. And more, if you had the 360 version, and jumped to the xbox one, or you had the ps3 version and jumped to the ps4 version, all your dlc would carry over, which is also very cool.

    The whole gimmick about yaiba is that he is too weak to even fight hayabusa. And the whole deal about ryu presence in DOA is that he is too powerful for anyone to fight him, and his "NG rivals" will always die at the end of their game as well.

    Yaiba is not popular, like, he is a giant flop, character-wise and game-wise, also, i think he is tied to Comcept in some way, so TN might not be exactly able to use the character freely.
