I've gone through the character threads, and it seems the majority of the cast has taken nerfs, some more so that others. Hitomi didn't get hit so bad and actually got some buffs so I'm happy with that.

From what Brute has discovered, only the Shoho from Ong works in juggles, and he can only get it after a PL on chars other than alpha, which you can get after a 4k. No idea about momiji.

Eh in Doa you have to add +1 to make up for the starting frame iirc, so it's the same speed in reality.
