They have basically copy pasted Kokoro's side ponytail and gave it to Kasumi except placed it slightly higher. It's nothing like her standard ponytail though. It looks thinner... and shorter.

Gameplay wise, the game is much more skill based. You can't hate on new TN for making the game require slightly more skill than prior games in the series. Visually, the characters DO look better. Denying that is just dumb. No offense if you're one of those people, but seriously... if you prefer...
