This move is ridiculous...
It still launches pretty high on normal hit too. I've found some technique on the 1f knee to do it more consistently. I hope it will work in the long run. -

You get a title if you unlock all of a characters costumes, you can check in the extras tab. So far I've got Kokoro's, Helena's, Kasumi's, Mila's, and Ayane's sets. Looks like you need those swimsuits to Complete Tina's and Christie's, and Lisa might have one, or she has a another type of...- Rubedood
