Sorry, but what is all this random drama? Why are you comparing pictures to pictures - Bayman outright tells us it's Kasumi in the story. The question you should be asking is which of the three (four if you count the alpha! o_0) ridiculous Kasumi clones we see in DoA5's story is the real one...

Can you try viewing the Full Game Unlock from the DLC menu, please, see if you also get an error message telling you it's unavailable for purchase?
