I'll wait for someone to prove me wrong, but I don't think he's impressive in real life matches. He's kind of like Pai on paper, great in theory, but not so much in terms of execution.

Oh cool, she lost her brain dead loops. Which is great. She does more damage, has a great pressure game, solid tools at range, good force techs to work with, etc. . .

All this really does is allow lower tier character to do what top ones already can. Eliot and Helena now have ways of landing guaranteed big damage combos that characters like Jann and Genfu already do.

Mila is the best low tier any any fighter ever then.

Yup more guaranteed damage and less random is a great thing. My guess is TN was fiddling around with the idea of removing fastest escape, accidentally left it in and called it a glitch.
