its just the Gold outfit you get when reaching level 99, with that button you can get it without level 99 Reason I added that button is because I will be adding a level 99 hack but that will be locked with a password so only close friends can use it, and for the people who aren't 99 they can...

Just started my Mod Tool, very early on The "dangerous" hacks of course will be locked with a password and will only be given to my very close friends or I might just release a public and private version, not really sure how easy it is to decompile VB projects and im still beginner level coder...
