@Lulu also if she was super difficult to the point where she would be unreliable that would just be a bad character, noone likes to play an inconsistent character. You not being able to do her juggles is your problem

@Lulu theres a reason why the teleports are difficult, Phase 4 is a high risk high reward character if the teleport were very easy to do she would just get huge free damage everytime and be unbalanced
So am I they all look like a variation of twin axes, mandarin duck hooks or battle hoops. But what I really like about DW9 is the art style the characters look much more... realistic
@Lulu In Jackys case no but in phase 4's case yes. If p4 didnt have her teleports she would literally lose the only thing that makes her different from just a Kasumi clone
