Across my entire course of playing over the years, I think I've been everywhere from F+ to B+. The past few years I've stayed between C+ and B. I think I'm currently a B as of this post. I'm not very good and the fact that I main Tengu certainly doesn't help. I'm going to try a lot harder in DOA5.

Yeah, I saw two of his fights. Can't remember who he used in the first one that I saw, but I know he did really well, and won. In the second fight of his that I saw, he was using Tina, and played very impressively.

I assume he still sucks then. He really doesn't look much better, and not one person wanted to take him to the tournament. Doesn't look good for him.

I didn't catch all of it, but I really enjoyed what I saw. It's a shame that most of the characters I wanted to see got little to no playtime, at least from what I saw. I only saw Bass and Tina once each, and I never saw Brad or Eliot.

Well, it's that the PS3 has a better d-pad for fighters, and the Xbox 360 has better trigger buttons for shooters. They also seem to have bigger fanbases for those respective genres.

I hope so too. I'm not familiar with Kayane, but it'd certainly be nice for DOA5 to gain more known players from the competitive scenes of other fighters. It'd be nice if she joined up here too. Keep the family together, you know?

Yeah, it's looking that way, which makes me want a PS3 to play it on. Unfortunately I don't have one, so I'm stuck with the Xbox version. I agree with this too. I think the main console of focus should be the PS3 because it's much better suited for fighters than the Xbox is.

Perhaps. I don't know what the Holy Grail of fighting game tournaments is. As long as the game gets recognition, and stays in the competitive scene for years, I'll be happy.
