Ye, most fans/content creators say that this patch is a step towards the right direction when it comes to the balancing of the game and I agree with them. Lets hope that they continue to buff low-mid tier characters, thats what they should be mainly doing right now imo.

As you can see, Eliza, Gigas, Kata and Lucky Chloe got some buffs, probably Kata got the best buffs out of the characters I mentioned right now.
