    That blue model is the exact same, just replace the blue textures with pink ones. I use AFSexplorer to open the datahdd file and then use the doa4 texture tool to open the .tpr, alternatively you can use the blender .tpr addon which opens the whole model with textures.

    Ok big update, the game loads and runs at full 60fps most of the game graphics are fixed though cloth/hair physics are still buggy.     So strange, the game renders the 3D objects when there is no texture files yet once I apply an image to it then it becomes black. What's strange is that GreedXplorer loads the textured version fine it's just ingame. I can change the diffuse blank colours though as shown below:

    DOA3 finally playable on PC (emulation)

    With the latest version of CXBX, the UI works now (though only in windowed mode atm) Also modding has also got a LOT more easier. You can simply drag costumes over to the emulator's Partition save folder.
