Nice, I didn't expect another demo this close to release. I wonder if that's the final boss of the demo or the main game. I really hope they avoid the 100-foot tall, poorly-designed monster boss schlock that was in Nioh and NG3/NGS2

I’d be surprised if we get anything before 2022 with them working on Nioh 2 and all 3 DLC packs . I’m glad they took a break from NG honestly. NG3 and the spin-off Yaiba were disasters for many reasons. I think they’ve learned as much from those failures as they have from the success of Nioh...

Nioh 2 previews dropped today on a ton of sites. They were all positive and full of hype. I cannot wait until next month. New level and boss shown in the clip above.

Patch 1.18 is out (in NA at least) Abyss mode is available, it is a bloody palace style arena mode. Awesome

has anybody figured out what abyss mode is exactly? Is it a horde mode? Is it designed purely for co-op? If it’s like mission mode in NGB, I’m stoked. If it’s like the later ninja trials in NGS2 or NG3RE, I’ll pass.

With Tokyo Game Show going on right now, wouldn't it be nice if they're going to use this Nioh/NG tie-in to announce Ninja Gaiden 4. Hell, I'd settle for a NG trilogy remaster right now.
