Anyone with a Wii, PLAY XENOBLADE

Seriously, this fucking game gets more and more amazing as I keep going. The graphics are shit for the most part but the areas are so big and the gameplay is so deep and perfectly crafted that I've learned to ignore and forgive the graphics.

Xenoblade is a "kinda obscure" JRPG for the Wii that most people with a console don't even know exists. But after playing Zelda, Mario, SSB, Kirby, Donkey Kong and Metroid, I can say this is definitely the best Wii game I've ever seen.

It is a very good game. Not sure I can say it (or anything, really) tops Metroid, and I really don't know what you're on about with the graphics. It looks at least as good as Monster Hunter Tri.

I just can't help but keep thinking this game would have been MUCH better on the other two consoles.

I don't think it would have made a whole lot of difference on the game's overall structure. HD... woo-hoo. The fact that it's a Wii exclusive is part of its appeal; you really can't fault a game for not being on the other consoles.

Of course it could have been better. The game doesn't even use any of the Wii's motion controls. It's a beautiful game but it should have been made for 360 and PS3.

I liked it but it had few issues for me. Too many sidequests because I felt the need to complete them all. And the further I went into the game, it seemed like it had more than previous area and were generally the same sidequests I didn't like the battle system much either. The story was amazing and so were the environments. I place it behind Tales of Xillia and Vesperia as my favorite jrpg this gen.

Mhm. I finished it about a month ago. I think I did all of the sidequests too.

Sidequests are totally optional, though. We all bash on reviewers for not doing their homework on fighting games, but your complaints are equally non-constructive and make me wonder if you realise how silly they are. I'm especially talking about the console thing. It's not like you can change it, and again, it would only have made the game slightly prettier, so it hardly matters.
