DOA6 Computer Is Not Responding While Playing DOA 6

Good morning everyone. New user here. I am facing one strange issue from yesterday evening. While playing DOA 6 on my PC, my computer is giving me a 'not responding' error message. I don't understand what could be the problem behind this. Recently I upgraded it to the latest 21H1 version. Is the latest version of windows creating this issue to my game? A friend of mine told me to follow this article. Should I proceed with it or should I consult with a hardware specialist? Can anyone suggest me a solution?
