critical burst into power blow

It took me a while to figure this out and I even gave out some bad info online (hope he reads this). To get a guaranteed power blow, first make sure you are below 50% HP (your life bar will glow red), then get a critical burst, then charge the power blow (as stated above). It's no wonder you don't see many of these.

if you power blow someone long enough..they'll eventually do a critical burst.

Thanks for this. I've been wanting to find ways to combo into powerblows
So please correct me if I'm wrong; say you do a combo string and get a stun - follow the combo to get a critical stun then charge for powerblow?
would this be a good indicator for Powerblows? Like SF4's Focus Attacks break it into levels
Lvl 1 no wind (also all that comes out when health is above 50%)
Lvl 2 wind around feet
Lvl 3 fully charged
Start the Critical State with a stun, typically done by a strike on Counter Blow or Hi-counter Blow.
Continue the Critical State stun by adding additional attacks that don't cause knock down until you see "CRITICAL STUN" flashing in Red.
Perform the "Critical Burst" attack.
If it connects, the screen will shake and the opponent will be in the Critical Burst stun.
Immediately start charging the power blow, and once you see the wind effects - it's generally 1-2 seconds in charge length - release the buttons to perform the Power Blow.

Haha! I see I'm not the only one who reads "power blow" that way. Who here's a power blower? Lolif you power blow someone long enough..they'll eventually do a critical burst.
