Isn't that for tunneling LAN to be played over the internet? If so, I don't think that would work here since I doubt DOA2U had LAN support since it would be pretty pointless for a fighting game to have it.
Like Mr. Wah said though, there is DOAO for PC, but DOAO is not exactly the same as DOA2U, as several characters were tweaked for DOAO. However it is possible to rip the character .bin files from DOA2U and paste them into DOAO, so that all the characters are their true DOA2U counterparts. Then you'd essentially be playing DOA2U online, but on a PC. I'd imagine that both players would have to have done the file swapping though.
