1) How much increased damage due holds really cause and how has the extended life bar affected gameplay?
2) Is there any scenario where a power launcher (uncharged) could ever be useful in terms of followup damage?
3) I don't know how to ask this last one but basically have bounds become the new FT's?

For Kokoro: PLEASE check if she has tracking moves other than 6ppp and h+k. Also, please see if her 6p+k stuns on NH. It would be much appreciated.

Throws were buffes too. I can only judge based on the vids posted in the Media section, but both holds and throws do a fuckton more damage (Hi-C). It's more like buffing grapplers and nerfing strikes in the damage department. Which sucks. Because damage-wise, everyone was fine as it is.

Real example of hold damage change (CH)

v1.02 damage: 57/300 =19%
v1.03 damage: 57/270 =21%
5U damage: 70/300 =23%

Not everyone's the same. Some still do same percentage as 1.03

And not every grab's damage was buffed, only some command grabs on grapplers. So you could say many grabs were nerfed compared to 1.03. Actually some non-grapplers had big changes to grab game (a certain throw lost guaranteed followups, at least one OH is now a throw, etc)
