On the 3rd of August, Guinness World Record's officially tweeted https://twitter.com/GWRnews/status/231307419660193792 their congratulations to Empire Arcadia for "Most tournament wins for a gaming team".

Guinness World Record awards Empire Arcadia as "The most documented tournament wins for a gaming team is 1,111 achieved by Empire Arcadia." Carl White (aka Perfect Legend) Dead or Alive 4 EVO World Champion in 2006 and Jeremy Florence (aka Black Mamba) Dead or Alive 4 WCG World Champion in 2007 have contributed wins to the organization helping it becoming the all time tournament winning gaming team in competitive gaming world wide.

Guinness' Gamer's Edition is the most ridiculous book ever. They have made up some absolutely ridiculous awards mostly for the purpose of filling pages and it's gotten obnoxious. It's a terrible publication.

That said, EMP has had consistently strong showings across the board in almost every major tournament that I've heard of. This is one of the few legitimate awards I've seen in the GE book. Kudos.
