I'll throw in my piece for UMvC3, SFxT, and SSFIVAE2012. I also have pretty much every fighter released to XBLA or PSN. I don't have BlazBlue anymore since nobody but me bought any of them on my FL, nor do I have MK, T6, or the KoF games. I have everything else, though. I think.

Well I'm not playing anything right now actually. I've been busy with other things so I haven't touched my 360 for a while now. But once I finally land a job and get a few paychecks I might pick up VF5FS and get my Gold account back. I also plan on picking up DOA4 again in the meantime while I wait for DOA5 to drop.

Hmm . . . thinking of ways to better run the stream.

1. I've pretty much responded to those watching that if they want in to just msg me on Xbox live, but with that I've had always hit the guide button (I hate doing that) to invite them. Thinking of having people just message other players instead and have them invite players.

2. Normally the group are in party chat, but it has come to my attention that this affects gameplay lag so I'm opting to stop doing it.

3. I have purchased the full costume pack for VF5FS, so everyones unique customizations will show on stream.

4. Other games I'm interested in let go on stream are SSF2HDR, SF4, SF3OE, MVC2, UMVC3, SC5, etc pretty much anything with an online lobby to let FSD members shine.

5. An idea I've had is trying to add commentary to the stream. I have a mic and a way I thought to do with an online player is go to private chat and have their voice output thru the Xbox 360 as I wore a headset while talking on the mic.

Most likely be doing things again on SAT and SUN.

Any other suggestions?

I just tell the xbox to run voice thru both head set and speakers. What are you using to cap? I use a roxio gamecap which uses component cables.

I'd be up for some HDR (ST version though), and as for the commentating player - they'd be on a delay from what you're seeing at times. Just keep that in mind.

I thought about that but if that person is in the lobby with me the voice audio should be in sync with the game/capture.

The only delay I've been having is the upload from my computer is a minute or 2 behind whats happening in real time.

But a few test runs can't hurt.

My setup can record Xbox Live voice chat as well as my own simultaneously, but that's not for live streaming purposes. I record my voice in Audacity and then sync it up with my video after the fact. No clue how the major streaming outfits do it and keep the audio synced with the game and such. An easy way to do it would be Google+ Hangouts and have everyone playing be in there. Then just stream your desktop and it'll capture the audio from that and the game (assuming you stream from a program on your computer, that is). Might be a slight delay but nowhere near as bad as trying to get your voice to sync up with Xbox Live chat.

I just saw the community stream on the events live with Marvel, got excited, then realized you're not playing online at all. Damnit.
