Helena backgrab question

Is it possible to counter Helena's next move after getting grabbed by her backgrab? Don't just tell me yes and walk away because I've gone into sparring move and tried with a recorded dummy and couldn't do it even though I think it's possible because I vaguely remember doing it before, and certainly in other games.

You mean her backturned grab or the one where she's facing you, but turns you around and ends in her BKO stance?

The one where she is backturned and she grabs, twirls around the opponent and then they are both back to back.

I usually go for the Double Throw! Not the Low Throw, but the one where she leaves opponents backturned and throws again!
