I made both Ninja Gaiden and also Dead or Alive, and I have many fans. I want to meet their expectations and make something good. I have that responsibility, and I want to make something evolved, new, and advanced. This new Devil's Third is not an action game, but this is not an integrated shooter game. It's a blend of action and shooter.
This is honestly the first time for me to make a shooter game. So I am a rookie in this field. I'm being very humbled and have been studying how to make a good shooter game. It's like the first grade of an elementary school. You have have to remember that I was once a rookie when making a fighting game, and I was also a rookie when I made an action game. I made something good. I was able to do that because I studied the new genre - new category - for me I can find what is missing, what is weak, and then I can make something good.
When I left Tecmo, I made great work - Dead or Alive and Ninja Gaiden - but I don't have any attachment to them. I had to say goodbye to my work, but when I said goodbye I did everything that I could have done. I left with no worry or concerns. So no attachment to my past work. It's not chopping your past away, but you do what you need to do without worry or attachment. That's the past, and you need to see the front and the whole view to see the creative world.
Motion control game is not for me, because if I am drunk I cannot play the game. In terms of DLC, I think we are getting new delivery system to deliver the game. For awhile we have to be very careful: Careful about distributors and gamers.
[On making another fighting game.] I'll think about it after making Devil's Third. Thank you very much.
