NyoTengu and Bass' sumo stomps at full charge give +13. For NT, it can give a guaranteed p+k against the wall and for Bass it pretty much acts like his post pick-up mix up situation but neither of these these sumo stomps are fast enough for most situations. Basically charged sumo stomps suck however Bass actually benefits from it since he gets a free pickup, so it's useful in stun situations.
