Nyotengu DLC for EU

I have a question guys...last time a new character were release (Phase-4) PSN EU players had to wait one week to get her...so anyone can tell me if we have to wait 1 week for Nyotengu too?

I sent feedback to TeamNINJAStudio that I could not find the bundle in the states, just the individual costumes.
