Other ways to use FT othen than pseudo¿

I've seen a few videos of people implementing different juggles to force tech opponents other than the blenders for BKO 6P (peuso). Can anyone help me with this¿ I know BT 66K can FT but I don't know how to implement it consistently.

If I land BT 4k with Helena. I might do something like 44P (FREE CANCEL) ~ 4P+K ~ 66K2.

or

BT 4PK launcher ~ bko 4p ~ BT 4PP ~ 66K.

With Helena I honestly don't bother with guaranteed force tech set up's because she has so many moves that're PFT's

ScattereDreams is right, for the most part, it doesn't really make sense to use a guaranteed force tech, considering Helena's pseudo force techs are just as good, and for the most part, they don't sacrifice damage.

It works only on mid weights.
