Helluva lot better than Vanilla.

It feels like I have problems with defense sometimes but it could be just me panicking.

When I fight people with 3 bars. I'm 100% perfectly fine with that and I have a great time playing. 2 bars is even good enough, but 1 is certainly shitty. Overall I think the netcode is great, but of course can always do better. It has improved overtime since DOA4, so what else can you ask for?

My only problem is it's hard to find people in a match or whatever, but generally it's because there isn't anyone playing really in the area.

Its trash. I lag all the time in even full connection rooms. I remember back in the day I used to defend online play in 2U and 4 but now im wondering if it was always like this and I was just ignorant or if the netcode has just gotten worse all the way around.

I take back what I said about the connection being good. It's better than vanilla, but not good.
