Poll: Should ducking speed be increased for Throws?

Ducking could be just a tad bit faster.

Ducking should be instant. 2P already is, so there's no excuse.

Getting hit by the absurdly slow 8T for most characters REALLY bothers me. My reflexes say yes, but online and the additional X frames (I forget what they changed it to) it takes to get into ducking status tell me otherwise.
