Recommendations On Converters?

I keep watching stream after stream of tournaments and I'm getting the itch to start attending one of these. I have a xbox 360 stick, and I really don't want to spend 100 bucks to program it to understand a PS3 as well. Are there any converters out there that offer zero lag? I play as Akira and any input lag is super detrimental. If there is a cheaper option, I might be able to make this tournament thing work.

I've been using it on both the PS3 and 360 with friends for months and I used it at CEO twice and had zero issues with it. The only thing I can think of is they are using the wireless one with the bluetooth and I can't really say anything about that because I never tried the adapter that came with mine. It's always connected to a wire.

Which Xbox 360 stick do you have? I had a Madcatz Chun Li TE-S and I recently dual-modded it with the Cerberus and I cannot recommend it enough. It'll set you back $50 but that's about typical for this kind of item. Buying directly from Phreakmods was also a bonus for me because the maker's based out of Chicago and I got the converter in a day.

Cost for dual Modding ($80) your stick is about the cost of your converter.

Right, that doesn't matter, what matters is if it's 360 or PS3 when vanilla. It's cheaper to make a 360 stick work on PS3 than a PS3 on 360.
