Today Team Ninja announced the launch of their new website redesign, just in time for TGS in a few weeks. The site has five spaces for titles by the new studio, three of which are listed: Ninja Gaiden 3, Dead or Alive Dimensions and Metroid: Other M. The remaining two spots are just static for the time being.
One is obviously Ni-oh, which is mentioned as being worked on by Hayashi in an interview over at Siliconera. In the same interview, Hayashi mentions that they "won’t make fans wait long for Dead or Alive!"
The entire quote from Hayashi is:
Can we expect Team Ninja to show off Ninja Gaiden 3, Ni-oh and Dead or Alive 5 at TGS on the 15th? Or is it more likely that they'll show only the first two and leave DOA5 for a later date? I, personally, would be shocked if we saw all three at TGS but I would not be against it.

Team Ninja grew and is quite large now. We can handle multiple projects simultaneously. The order of the titles that will be released goes something like this Ninja Gaiden 3, Ni-Oh, and Dead or Alive. But, we won’t make fans wait long for Dead or Alive!
