Trouble with Materials/Textures

Hi thank you for taking the time to look I basically have the mesh edits vb stuff going for me.(Besides trying to export an empty vb or at least a faceless one never exports gives me an error any tips on that too would mean a lot to me too) now all that's giving me trouble is I've been trying to figure out how each g1t file works I know abl.dds is for base colors occ.dss is Ambient Occlusion and the rfr.dds is the one im most confused about it looks like the roughness map but when i put in my roughness map it turns everything dark

I wanted a little bit of shininess on my stuff but it just seems like it never works out if anybody can help out I would really appreciate it I wanna get these mods figured out so bad
