umod while gaming

hey guys, i managed to have a it mod for myself. however, the game is actually unplayable while umod is running.. is there anyway to have skin modded while game speed isnt affected?

I really think that this is dictated from the specs of your PC, I can't play without problems even with umod running. I think that you should try to make another attempt lowering the configuration of the game, maybe you can fix the thing in this way.
