Mila Patch 1.05 changes

So it looks like they fixed the issues with 6T, K not working. However 7K seems to have taken a major nerf. I Unless Im crazy, I used to be able to do critical burst after it and now I cant even get it to combo. You smarter Mila players please let me know if this is true. This is bumming me out, its one of my favorite moves.

it's still there you just have to do a :6::6::5::6::P+K:

I just tested it against Bass in training by having him set to stagger fastest, hold mid punch on reaction, Hold mid punch on slow hold speed.

Did 3P on Counter Hit, :7::[[k]]::6::6::5::6::P+K:

and it connects.

Yeah that hits, but you used to not have to full charge to connect off it. Oh well, onward and upwards.

It is a shame that the stun property for 7K has change now and they got rid of her unblockable move (Where you Fully Charge 7K and then do 6P immediately). But saying that, the new stun property for 7K isn't actually a bad thing. I'm sure there will be a very good use for that move.

Another thing that I notice is that the stun property for her Rapid punches attack (3KF, P+K) has change. Instead of the opponent taking the hits and still standing up, they take the hits and fall on the ground afterwards. I feel that the change is good and it will create some very interesting situations

So what's up with 7K on hit? Do you have to dash forward now to get the guaranteed CB? Is it different on full charge or something?

I've gotten it where 7K didn't require a dash up to do it.

I'm beginning to think that it will whiff if not staggering, but connect if stagger escaping. Not sure though. That if they aren't staggering you have to do :6::6::P+K:

More nerfs for Mila ROFLMFAO!!

She got worse after the patch, the tradition of :mila: getting nerfed in EVERY patch continues.
:7::P::P: is now 2 frames slower and 7K took a serious nerf, it's advantage frames have been decreased across the board. Her Feint P+K stun type was changed, unsure but likely nerfed. I wont check it because I don't consider Mila viable character.

So new Mila! Now with even less tools!!

7P has a 2 frame slower startup? And 7k is exactly the same, just less advantage on block. Feint P+k change was a buff.

Right, and even with those nerfs.... she's still one of the top 5 in the game I'd argue. Having a (delayable) move that gives free CB! on practically any threshold level and guard broke, and if you guarded you ate a free attack anyways... I can see why it was "nerfed".

I say "nerfed" because it's still +10, with a 12 frame mid so you can still keep the pressure.

If it was really "serious nerf" I'd argue it would be a GB that would be -4, and the stun no longer sat down or pushed further away so 6P+K wouldn't be guaranteed.

Both are a reductions of previous moves, they are always reducing her move properties, Is this really necessary, just how bad are the other players?

Why does her frame data and move properties always change, will there ever be a final version of this game?

It's been a while since I used her seriously so maybe I missed something, why exactly do you think she's top 5? TN's nerfed pretty much everything they possibly could. Thinking back to vanilla 1.00 Mila, I could only wish DOA had more characters like that.

7k caught the monster Nerf bat. Before it was a good safe poking tool from range that stunned on hit for follow up on NH, CH, HCH just like 4H+K before they nerfed that but 7K even when shaken was +22 enough to do anything viable u wanted except launch with 6H+K.

Now it doesn't stun at all exactly like 4H+K. So Mila officially has no NH stunning K option now. Plus she doesn't free 6P, K, or P follow up from 7[K] charge on block anymore.

Mila always gets nerfed little by little every patch and someone will always come in and tell u but she still has this... its a nasty trend. Expect more nerfs in the future cause for whatever reason TN does not like this girl.

On the bright side she did get a buff within here nerfs for the first time which is good!

I just don't get why Mila gets so much of their ire when other stronger characters are left untouched. It's not like she's destroying everyone at tournaments or anything.

Lool people are acting like Mila is a bad character. Don't get me wrong, Mila did get nerfs in the latest patch but she is Still a really good character. In fact, I understand why the Japanese community thinks she is really high up on the tier list and Mr Wah thinks she's top 5. Seriously, she's not half bad and you really have to be thinking when playing with her. She's not brain dead anymore, which she was in the beginning.

Ohh ok then. Do you know where I can view her new changes in the new patch?

Just use this combo now ,
Crit hit or Counter hit , 7K , 214T or 41236T. (It has same effect as 6K but for more damage)
First of all noone was used 7k as a hit for expanding the stun effect. Everyone charge it max for the 100% sure burst. (This is still unchanged) if they nerf this than it will hurt.
Noone starts a combo with 7k too. So the only nerf on 7K was on full stack Blocking advantage frames.

Otherwise i am not sure how much of a possitive buff is 66TH P+K effect in this version.
Before was 25+ frame advantage which was enough , Now it is nearly the same , exept i miss some "pro" situation here :)

So at all Mila stays the same. The only thing she lacks for me is that she do not have low hit combo starter , but i dont think TN shall ever gave her that.
