lol it didn't take that long actually but thanks and I agree I hope they're working on making outfits for everyone. :D

Edit: I posted it on their Dead or Alive Game wall and they liked it after only 15 minutes being up. Guess they agree that it would be a good outfit for her in the game as well. ;)

Sorry I should have asked you first before posting it on their wall (as well as asking if it was okay for me to even make a photoshop of it to begin with). At least Team Ninja likes your design though. lol XD

Hey Guys ......im so excited for some great News ....cant wait to know who will show up in doa5ua .

Sooooooo i think there should be an COLOR Option ,too, when selecting a Costume .
What do you think ?
Imagine picking Kasumi in her blue Ninja Costume and after that 2 different colors appears for this Costume .

It would be so awesome to see the Costumes in different Colors.not only that a Costume slot would be safed but also Challengers could wear the same Costume .just in a different Color .

Like green or Yellow just for an Example :)

I would add it as an Update to DOA5UA and give each Costume at least 2 differnt Colors .


What do you think ?

That would be nice but I don't think it would work when they are putting palette-swaps and alternate versions of an outfit (i.e. coatless version of school uniforms) in separate slots.

A color palette option could be nice, like in original character color edit of SC where you cannot change default and alternate costumes but you can change its colors. Or a system to edit costumes similar to Tekken 6 where each character has his/her own set of clothing/hairs/accessories and you can combine them and create your own costumes. That could be nice if they keep as well some default costumes for each character. For people who like to cosutmize characters and show them online these kind of modes are really amusing.

I doubt they would spoil and tell us on which outfits will they turn into costumes.

If anything, we would get close up glimpses of the image like when they revealed each character's Halloween costumes before showing us the official promotional images.

I don't think, Team Ninja is going to tell us before they are actually released. Maybe they give us little glimpses of them one week before, like with the Halloween stuff, but I highly doubt, they'll let us know much sooner.
For the release date, I guess, we have to wait at least 2 or 3 months, because I don't think, the costumes are on the top of Team Ninja's to do list...

They also have to actually make the costumes to fit on the models properly and textures and everything, that probably also eats up some time.

Maybe the one that make DLC(if any) will be a special set like Legacy and casual were the main attractions for winter.

Not that I'm unhappy about my Christie design but I feel like I could have done more though. I was thinking of doing some slight modifications by changing the color of the half-gloves and maybe add a big diamond ring on one hand but I doubt later revisions are going to be taken under consideration.

I think that the majority of the fans submitting a design feel the same, even the same owners of winners design.
So don't worry too much ;)

I'd say just leave it. They liked your design enough to include it in the staff favorites (and if they want to modify it they can easily do so). I literally followed your design including the details written with some slight variations (unintentional :oops:) and they continue to like it.

Yeah, I guess it is up to TN if they felt the need for changes whether they stay faithful to the original concept or do changes with it since all entries that were submitted means that you shall be waiving rights. I personally created that because I want something that compliments Helena's C3 for tag.
