I can only find the catalog when i visit the store via pc or phone and then it only puts the download into the queue even though there are no other downloads.. And i already have it under add ons but it is not installed but it also won't start downloading it
Why to annoy me? o . O I'm not against Princess Eliot. It was a quite funny idea, actually. XD I think it would look much better on him though if he hadn't such a muscular body and was slimmer, you know, if he was more the typical bishonen.

Since I know the guy who made the costume, I can tell you that the intention was actually not to make Eliot look effeminate but on the contrary masculine and more assertive. The cut of his shirt was actually meant to emphasize his broader shoulders and V-shape upper body, the kilt and thick socks are meant to emphasize his muscular legs.
At least I think the costume does not have many feminine qualities. Well, the black nail polish maybe.
I don't consider the kilt a female piece of clothing at all by the way. The whole color combination of black and red is also a more aggressive one.

Personally I never did and still don't find this costume in any way feminine. It's bad ass punk style all the way.

Yeah it's his, I actually like the costume too, the shoes and whole ensemble as a whole is really well done, it gives him a rebellious rock vibe that I'm a fan of! Plus it's one of the few costumes that makes use of his alternative DOA4 hair. And yeah, I don't see anything feminine about it, the nail polish even just makes it more edgy and flamboyant.
You do realize that Scotland is British and part of the UK? At least for now...XD @Jadeinchains
It's also not a Scottish costume but a punk rock outfit. Kilts are quite common in punk rock culture no matter what country you come from.

Yeah I didn't at any point read femininity into that outfit but at the same time I knew what the outfit was inspired by so I didn't think it was a skirt. And yeah the Kilt and tartan in general seemed pretty big in that 90's punk scene regardless of where the person came from.
lol I know that, I just don't like the punk look for him, he's not a rebel or punk at all. Nerd would fit him better

There's still the possibility that the november pack is anniversary related, but that looks really unlikely.
