Maybe, but I'm pretty sure that bath thing teased in Famitsu isn't exactly something that was originally in DOAX3, and considering the teaser for Venus Vacation was, you know, uploaded to DOAX3's website, it's definitely tied to that game at least. And for the record, speaking as someone who has been sitting around and waiting for updates for MGSV, only getting ONE major update within a full year since MGSV:TDE was released, I'm pretty sure DOAX3 can still get updates by comparison. Heck, they even had updates to the official site on August 10, making clear they still are working on the game. And that's not even getting into how the DLC is still running (and believe me, I checked the PlayStation Store, so I definitely know they're still in operation).
And if she does turn out to be DLC for Xtreme 3 (the PS4/Vita version, not the DDM version, obviously), that actually makes things a bit more likely that we'll get Tina, Christie, Lisa, Rachel, Mila, and Leifang in the future (Hayashi DID indicate in a pretty late interview with Dengeki PlayStation that there would be character and activity DLC, and the interview was published just as the game was about to be released). And personally, I really think they should make character DLC to make up for the sheer stupidity of removing those six (that poll was downright stupid and pointless. If it were me making the games, I'd include ALL of them, period, no exceptions).

DLC isn't still running, the last DLC set was Senran Kagura which came out around the same time as VR.
If you mean rotations, that doesn't mean much since they're not adding anything to it. The closest thing to DOAX3 getting updated is via DOAX Sense which is getting ported to PSVR despite essentially being the same game. If Misaki is going to be added to a console DOAX game it will be Sense and not X3.
But I don't see them adding Misaki to either any time soon because that takes away incentive to play the F2P DMM game.

If DLC isn't running, the rotations wouldn't be running either. They'd be getting the exact same message Peace Walker got when its DLC services were terminated, which is as follows:
I know if I were Team Ninja and I were to stop running DLC, I'd go so far as to literally shut down the DLC content to such an extent that they can't even access it on the PlayStation Network by now, period, and that would include the rotations as well, even make sure the Twitter account for DOAX3 redirects to a 404 page. That way, no one, and I mean, absolutely no one would make any mistake about it being active. Just like Peace Walker's DLC. Heck, for a better example, just like how Dead or Alive 5 Last Round got rid of its Season Pass 4 set and in terms of individual packs the Keijo!!!! packs for DOAX3 and the Attack on Titan and Fairy Tail packs for DOA5LR.

There's been no new DLC for DOAX3 for now 7 months, I don't see that changing. They don't need to take it all off if it can still sell.
And that update may just be experience bonuses that they run from time to time. Not actually new content, I'm telling you guys Misaki won't be DLC for X3 because X3 is done they just still run updates every so often.

The only way they would not have any new DLC running at all would be to outright remove them altogether, old OR new. And honestly, seven months? We literally had no major updates for MGSV between the release of The Definitive Edition up to the one in August of this year when we got new swimwear, new wormhole generators, and even being able to play as Ocelot (and in fact, we didn't even have any major updates between August 2016 and August 2017, a full year, in other words). And by "no major updates", I obviously mean major enough to actually be reported on the official site's newsfeed, either that, or in the case of the August ones, truly major updates that actually add new stuff in, not just new variants of old weapons and equipment. And believe me when I say this, I was constantly thinking, hoping even, that the Event FOB prize distributions would be finished each time when they made those updates, many times adding in even MORE Event prizes than what was originally reported, so if anything, I'm advising you not to be brash and think they're finished with DOAX3. Even if it's true that they're finished with DLC, that doesn't mean they're finished with updating the game. I learned that the hard way with MGSV (in fact, the closest it's gotten to actually BEING finished was with MGO3).
And actually, one of the site updates in August dealt directly with DLC. The most recent one, in fact. It was translated as follows:
"2017/08/10 download content is on sale until 8/23 (Wed)! [Finished]"
And considering that the Japanese PlayStation Store for downloadable content still has them up for sale, I'm pretty sure that wasn't a clearance sale unlike with DOA5LR and Season Pass 4, or heck, the removal of the Keijo swimwear in DOAX3 for that matter.

The other update for August 10 dealt with the Popular Swimwear Top 3, and it's as follows:
"2017/08/10 Popular Swimwear top3 re-delivered! [Finished]"
Either way, if you're going to claim it's finished, at least wait until a full year has passed since the last update before you claim it's finished.
I always thought it was a stupid decision for TN to cut six of the girls out, six of the mainline, non-clone girls I should add. Hayashi also implied in a Dengeki PlayStation interview released around the same time that they would make activity and character DLC as well, and I'm still waiting for that, especially when they never gave an explicit denial there. And either way, I'd even take simply adding characters in via update if that's what it takes to actually include those six.

Removing dlc entirely makes no sense business wise unless its a collab dlc that ended (like with Season Pass 4 and X3s Keijo), just because it is no longer being updated doesn't mean they have to shut everything down. And Asia VR came out around that time still doesn't prove anything.
There are plenty of games that are completely done and still sell DLC that doesn't mean anything new is going to be added. DOAX3 is done with new content its very clear, I'd LOVE to be proven wrong but there is zero solid evidence saying otherwise.

We'll see. And I can name plenty of games that are completely done and if anything completely shut down any and all DLC as well despite not making any business sense other than possibly the fact that, since they were done with the game, they didn't see any reason to keep DLC up. Case in point, Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots and Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker. They shut all of that down quite some time ago. In MGS4's case, the only chance you have at even attempting to get the DLC downloaded is if you access SaveMGO's server to access the DLC menu.

And considering that article was made... oh, immediately prior to the release of the game, it's pretty clear that they are going to do it. Otherwise, they should have bluntly refused in a rude manner.

Maybe the announcement will be doax3U ( I'd love an ultimate version. ) and that will have all the missing girls ( Lisa ) including maybe this Misaki girl and new activities, We still don't know so we really just have to wait for some new info at TN's event on Saturday. since for now it could be lots of different things. Misaki getting added to doax3 and/or doa5lr, doa6, doax3u or something completely different.
If it's a DOAX3U being announced, I'm willing to take it if it at least means inserting those cut six into the game, DOA5U-style.

No totally, If doax3u was announced I'd hope It would have the missing girls, And hopefully jet skis etc and other things. Also I've noticed that in the preview image they showed you can see the girls wearing flowers in their hair and also wearing bracelets. So accessories might be back!

I'd say that hope for a DOAX3U is greater now more than ever. With all these new assets being created for VV and Sense, it's highly likely TN will reuse them, and what better way than to make DOAX3U?

A Japanese VPN would probably let you play it (unless it does proxy blocking like Netflix). It might not even be translated to English since DMM is Japanese only, so they might not even do anything for a Hong Kong release.

Kasumi actually does look really good there and I'm happy to see a better image of the new girl! She looks really good It's great having this clearer image now, I'm liking the accessories in her hair too and her hair in general, The colour of it too! Oh I really hope so! I hope she's either added to doax3 and they continue to support it and add other characters maybe. Or they release an Ultimate version with all the missing girls and Misaki.

I find it funny how some people are freaking out over the new character, saying that she's another Marie or Honoka clone.
You know who the real clones are? The people making those dumb complaints. I can almost guarantee that just 1 or 2 people genuinely made a comment along the lines of Misaki being another "moe-blob" character and then all the sheep out there decided to go with that.
Misaki looks to me like she fits in with the original characters just fine.
