I managed to know better how to extract those sherry textures
all the 6 costumes are available for kokoro as H and HL files
Kasumi has 2 H and HL files with her kokoro's tmc
Leifang has 2 H and HL files with her kokoro's tmc
Naotora has the tina's costume with the alternate texture

Look for the part that talks about "robhal's computer" .
This is a kinda old tutorial .
Try this :
Open the costume in Object Tool .
If any object has trnsp as 1 make change it to 2 , and vice versa .
and then save I think this should solve the problem .

The whole body is invisible ??
