yeah what happened was i had made the post half on my laptop and half on my phone. when i got done i had posted it on my phone but i was left with everything in my text box on my laptop so i cleared it all including deleting the pictures. apparently you dont want to do that.

There is a covered version of that Ayane? Awesome, now that outfit is truly perfect for me! (not because I dislike fanservice, but because I can't think to a knight armor without a proper complete outfit, just this)

The problem with most of those entries is that they dont fit in the theme at all

Seriously the only theme here was "costume", which most submissions fit that criteria. Sure some were just casual clothes but most were costumes.

The theme was halloween which many of the costumes ignored.

From what I have been told by a friend of mine who's from USA Halloween is just a regular carnival event. I mean people just were costumes, in general. But I think that Halloween is seen worldwide like a fantasy/terror related carnival. Ghosts, skeletons, vampires, werewolves, spiders, mummies, darkness, witches, demons... This kind of stuff. And I think this is how TN (Japan, in fact) see Halloween as well.

Pretty much. We have haunted houses and its still horror themed but in the us people dress up as anything, not just monsters.

As a kid I dressed up as superheroes, a robot, and a couple gfs liked to do the sexy cat, schoolgirl, etc costumes.

nah, like i said a few pages back TN pretty much wanted costumes. they just added halloween so people would be more creative rather than toss 1,000+ casual outfits in their direction. if they wanted strictly halloween/scary themed clothes they would've ran the contest like last year.

I forget what was the difference in how they ran it last year?

But even the last two Halloween packs not everything was a monster.

Like I honestly think my "magician" outfit for Mila is a standard Halloween costume. Go into à halloween store and you'll find shelves filled with regular costumes like that.

I felt like the competition was overall a good representation of Halloween. There's only so much you can do with vampires, ghosts and pumpkins (which were all still present).
