Yes, yes, YES!!! Aoi deserves to be in this game since she is practically the only VF character that had a similar counter system. This is in no way me wanting my main from VF to be in DOA so I can actually find people to play online with.
On topic, Marie Rose disappoints me. I wanted ACTUAL Systema, not PARTIAL Systema. Having it in the holds/throws only is as bad as Momiji being "Aikijutsu" when it is only in her throw/holds. Which Aoi is a master of...........Aikijutsu,,,,,

Whether it matches real-life Systema or not doesn't really matter. In the end all you'll be doing is:

Most grapple styles use fictional strikes in fighters. Think the Spetznaz are fighting like Bayman or Dragonuv?

One thing i do not agree with is the portrayal of women. Tina's jap voice does make me bang my head on the desk. The american voice actress does epic justice to her attitude. As in wrestler showgirl.
While there is a sexualisation in the entire game (males too!), do admit that it sells.
Bottom line is, as long as these women kick ass and most of them are higher tier than the men to begin with, I'm not going to file objectification complaints. They just use their assets to their advantage.
PS: Leixia in SC5 annoys me WAY more. And I main her, with a CaS of my own rpg character.
