That's weird, I can't swap it either ,
usually fi the costume can't be swapped the costume should be inside a patch_xx_catalog.bin but it's not there .
I guess I'll have to ask sf234 from Xentax about it ...

Boys & Girls Happy Halloween !!!
To Pai : run Blender, import your skirt tmcmesh + body tmcmesh, clic on the skirt and go in edit mode at the bottom then move the skirt how you want with the colored arrows 
When you are done, go back in object mode and export your tmcmesh then add it with Polygon Tool (dont forget to remove the skirt mesh on your tmc before add the new one).
To Coopermon : if nothing changed after swap a costume then you should try in an other .bin, some costumes are in 2 .bin and only one work.
Other solution : you can still swap on an other costume if you dont find how fix it.
When you are done, go back in object mode and export your tmcmesh then add it with Polygon Tool (dont forget to remove the skirt mesh on your tmc before add the new one).

In the game's Directory
There is a file called , mod_at.config , which should have been generated when you first used Archive Tool .
And another file called mod.config , I think this one was generated using lnk_reshuffle .
If you don't mind can you show me what's in them ?

Sorry for the late reply ...
Try deleting the Config Files and the mods folder that's in the game directory , then try again.

I really like the fact this game can have mods.
Can I suggest ideas for Lisa ? These are not requests. Just some things ideas if someone like the character.
(Some costume swaps...)
I think Lisa could wear cute costumes like Maid(Helena version) and these Christie and Momiji ones...
(2 cotume swap with editing...)
Lisa could wear these 2 Pop costumes rachel's and Momiji's.
But by replacing purple and red details by silver/grey parts just like in her own version.
Anyway, keep it up with the great modding work!

after much hex guessing, I finally figured out how to have overlapping transparencies on 2 different mesh groups.
picture on the left has the tattoo mesh disappear under the transparent shirt, picture on the right now has the tattoo mesh visible through the transparent shirt
let me know if anyone wants to know how to do it

Anyway I still think in official DOA5 games, Lisa lacks costumes, if you compare with other girls.
She don't seems to have cute type costumes like maid and all... Only oversexualised ones like bikini and these stuffs.
Perhaps, I'll try to do some swaps by myself.
If you know what are the ressources I need to learn, please point it out to me.

I've made some Lisa swap but there is a bug in the hair on the maid costume. I'm really not good at swapping costumes between characters who have too different body type. I've tried to adapt Christie's dress on Lisa but that was a disaster. So I've only made three costumes on your list.
