I think that Most games that work on Windows 8 work on 10 .

Yeah we definately need a tool for that some of my mods mostly males have a line around their neck. the females mod I have don't have this problem

i tried to remove the shiny effect by setting mcol 0 mtcp 0 and mtrl 4 with tmc object tool but nothing changed. -_-

Nice mod
When I said make mcol 0 mtcp 0 and mtrl 4 , I meant for only Kasumi's Costume

Every costume has it's own "List" of mcol mtcp mtrl data , son mcol 0 in this costume is different from Kasumi's .
Try using the mcol, mtcp and mtrl of the Shoes for example .

If that didn't work , try importing mcol, mtcp and mtrl from another costume .
