me also wondering if jaafar85 accidentally made it from scratch or just added elements to C3S4RFC's version.
it's a pity if such work was done twice
Tip: For easy names search check thread on zetaboards - costume mods as dlc packs. So you will see if some character mod was done before. (in the case you joined modders community only recently)

The mod is different: I dont ported the model of Tekken, I adapted costumes from other DOA characters. Jaafar85' mod is more complete.

I had originally had black toe nail polish, but decided to remove them since I though plain toe nails looked better for some reason.

Maybe you should know of Rider-tan. Mostly the Girls wearing some sort of Heisei Kamen Rider Armor Parts (Chest, & Shoulders mostly) with Belts + Rider Helmet/Horn on Forehead. Like this:
