So far, the pros:
- 9 frame jab
- best non-grappler grabs and OH's
- good parries
- great CB options
The cons:
- useless counters
- ultra linear and unsafe movelist
I think she's low tier but like any other character she's viable - you just need to know what to abuse, when to abuse it, and moreso than with any other character you need a great defense.

Anyone try to beat survival with her? Is she good at it?
I beat Survival on "Normal" with her easily. Can't comment on higher difficulties, though (which is I'm sure hat you're getting at).
As far as "Is she 'good'?" That depends on the skill level of both players. She's tricky to use properly, but can dish out some major punishment. But, she has a LOT of weaknesses that can be exploited.
She is fun, though.

She's like Phoenix from UMVC3. She can do a crapload of damage, is fast and can mix you up, but once you get knocked down it's really hard to come back.
