I use them to bait HC Throws. Ex: 66T
I never finish them, and they are fast as FUQ! especially with lag, I agree that they can get annoying. I usually use them to bait holds use them as a counter.
Watch this to see me play at a tournament. Fight starts @1:15. Enjoy! (Black kid with glasses is me. lol) Looking back at this, I seem so bad lol. Oh, how I've improved.
He was a Kasumi player. And then played as Alpha. -_-

I've beaten him a couple of times since then. He is really good. If I wasn't a Zack player, I wouldn't have won those matches against him though, it's because I knew the mix-ups quite well. I play with him quite a bit and he teaches me stuff as we play. Great player.

LOL okay, so I just started a PSN lobby and an alpha player comes in (must've been US or something cuz he was a 1 - 2 bar played like 4 matches (I lost them, i'm no good with alpha) but afterwards he just posted "Not bad for a DOA World member" what does that even mean? I know I suck but wtf? lol

Oh I remember something that happened back in vanilla.
I was playing ranked (like a damn retard) and I matched up with this Tina player. I used Helena and won the first round without a lot of trouble. Then in the second round he did not move. I was like "what is this guy doing?" So I start going in Bokuho stance and making weird movements around the stage but he didn't respond to it. Then I got a message saying something about me being a bad player and my character being bad. I went hardcore and won the second round and the third round too.

I was playing a few games with RenderingStar (that Momiji) and every time I tried to use an OH against him it would whiff completely. He didn't even need to fuzzy guard. He held a few times and I used Lisa's 66T, whiffed completely. I tried 8T, whiffed completely. He held another time and I did Deja Vu, it worked fine. That was weird. You could of literally see Momiji just standing there and Lisa doing the grab and her arms just went threw her.

This reminds me of when i was playing DOA5 vanilla online ages back. I'd go into a lobby looking for people to play against, before i was told this:
"Hey bitch, shouldn't you be in the kitchen making a sandwich?"
So do you know what i did? Before our match started, I walked out of the lounge room away from my T.V screen and into the kitchen with my wireless controller, randomly pressing buttons whilst being completely blind to what was happening on my T.V screen, and I beat him.
After the match i said, guess what dear? You just lost to a bitch in her kitchen. Would you like a rematch? This time while i make a sandwich?
I got kicked, lol

Lol thanks. It's sad though that people have to put up with stuff like this just to appreciate the simple things in life. Hopefully one day they will find a way to minimize this sort of thing by managing or filtering it more effectively, who knows. Until then, not much more we can do other than ignore it or give it back.

Doesn't sound corny, but it does sorta swings both ways. Some women will just throw around their gender identity at every chance they get, seemingly as some form of entitlement, as if they expect to be treated differently just because they announced they're a woman. Worst part is, all the guys then start treating her differently than they would if she was a man after they figure it out. It encourages that behavior in those women, but it also discourages other women from revealing their gender (because they don't want the attention/abuse that results from it). A sad, vicious cycle.Usual response when they see a woman online.

I try to go out of my way not to treat anyone differently because of their gender, sex, race or sexual orientation. If that means acting awkward around everyone, hell, so be it. I've never been great with people in the first place, but at least I treat them fairly and with respect.
