Is there anyway you can lower the registration price or erase it completely? $15 for playing DOA in a pizza joint pretty silly if you ask me unless you are paying to rent the place for the day. I don't even charge $15 registration for my events and it does cost me a good chunk of money to rent the venue for the entire day. And this event is extremely short notice also (posted like 2 weeks ago I believe?)

Not tryna talk trash or discourage you from hosting events bro. You're free to do what you want. Just tryna give you some advice if you want the community to support you in the future :)

For sure bro, thanks for advice I'll definitely take that into consideration. Although, the $15 I felt was justified for our event considering the experience we were going to bring to our players, and unfortunately through circumstances out of our control this did not happen. But, no worries we'll still be doing this this event soon, and like you said with a date in the future more convenient for our players. Fireball Motion Entertainment's main goal is to provide our players with not just a tournament, but an experience as I mentioned.
