It is just me or does Zack moves remind me of Street Fighter? He has the Shotos' uppercut, Chuns kicks, Guiles flash kick, Blankas ball, etc. (O.O)

If I remember correctly those are just outfits, not the characters.

Actually they are outfits that make the characters look similar to Kasumi and Ryu (so the characters aren't really playable contrarily to what happen in the Warriors Orochi series): such collaboration is the reason because Kasumi own a Ragnarok Odissey Ace outfit in DoA5U.
By the way to get characters wearing outfits able to make them similar to the DoA counterparts it's something already happened in the past in games owned by Tecmo, for example in "Fatal Frame 2" with the two twin sisters (only in the Xbox version, a shame that in the improved graphically Wii version the outfits weren't included):

The tradition continue nowadasy also in "Deception IV", where this time is the heroine of the series to get the outfit of Ayane paying a tribute to DoA (and not the opposite like happened in DOA2).
