No, it's not...:/ Go watch the Kasumi clone's chapters on youtube. I know the real Kasumi doesn't show much emotion or talk much, but her clone is like a complete brick wall inbetween moments of desperation and she doesn't smile a single time. Ayane and Hayate notice it and say "something seems off about her, can you feel it too?"
Reading too much into it I think. There's no real difference, just people finding Mary in the toast just because characters say its there.
If it was Mila and a Mila clone you would notice the difference.
