I don't like Marie Rose as character, but your outfit is really well done and full of details. You have great painting skills. I think I should putted more efforts in painting and use less black stroke... Oh well, what is done is done! I love eyepatch. I would love to have an eyepatched Rachel

Kitsunebusa has too much things going on and it feels somewhat cluttered.

Because I've seen this design so often I mainly just see the extra stuff as personal details, without the harness necklace thing it would actually be pretty generic as far as that type of design is concerned.

Really love the arms, they implie that the wearer is extremely powerful but most of their power is locked away

It's not being unfair it's just a matter of personal preference. I have a similar feeling about there being a few unnecessary things, but it doesn't bother me as much because I like the core aspects and TN can just change the details if they don't look good.

I think that the folded collar looks better. That way the Jacket doesn't look so big.
