If I had to guess who Nyotengu's English VA will be, I'd also think of Juri's English VA as a possibility.
But as deathofaninja said, her VA should be Osamu Saka. In both English and Japanese.
Nevertheless, I do think her Japanese voice is great, and that her English voice will be terrible.

More than Nyotengu's voice, I'm actually curious to see how she's translated.
I mean really, she groin pumps her opponent with pelvic thrusts and says "Kimochi." How in the hell is that going to translate into English?
I mean i use JP voices regardless, but I'm still kinda curious just for curiosity's sake.

I've been looking to use this for a while but a situation to do so has never arisen
I'm curious about Nyotengu's eng VA, but also apprehensive because there's a 9/10 chance they'll be completely wrong for the part. She seems like she'd be a difficult character to get right. Very theatrical, dramatic, sadistic, and mischievous, all while pretending to be a thousand year old bird woman. Her JP VA really did a good job imo.

The quote is "Kimochi ii?" There's the inflection of a question. It's literally "Good feeling?" An apt translation would be "Does this feel good?" That's not really among things that would be difficult to translate for her.
