I started it with a fully charged 3DS. I stopped playing when the low battery light came on.Curtain Call so good omg Dx They added so much content and improved so many things. I've been playing it nonstop.
I hope it's not Fang. Really bummed because she isn't in the game
But I don't want to fork out some extra cash just for the characters. The DLC soundtrack on the other hand I don't mind.
I think its the kingdom hearts version of Auron. That fraudulent Auron is a joke. I can't imagine any FFX fan, thus meaning Auron fan, paying money for it. He never had his arm in the sleeve in the game. I might be mistaken, but I believe having his arm slung out of the sleeve is some kind of bushido symbol. The removal of his shades and liquor jug only compounds the fraudulence.
On the same note, I'm eager to unlock the real Auron. He will easily be my main character for the BMS songs.
Is there a list of unlockable characters that confirms Fang isn't available? I really liked her, but not enough to pay, regardless if it's only a dollar. I can always use Freya... whenever that is.
With 200+ songs already in the game, I don't forsee any DLC songs worth getting. I suppose they'll hold out on some of the classic favorites though to get fanboys such as myself to blindly fling open our wallets...
Also, this game has reminded me how amazing the soundtrack for FF13 is. Dust to Dust on expert mode puts me in a world of bliss.
No. Woulda been cool if Quina made it in but s/he doesn't fit the body template. Freya might not have made it in for the same reason. Also is Freya in this?
It's subjective... it's arguable... but I'm pretty sure I'm not alone in saying the FF franchise has the best overall soundtracks of any videogame. I'm the type that can easily ramble on aimlessly about something I love, so I'll display some self control here and refrain from creating a wall of text.Wow tbh, I've only played the Lightning saga, a bit of 10, 6 and 4. But this game really highlights the series' musical splendor.
They are gonna have to work kinda hard to not make it look like crap going from PSP to PS4.
If you played it on PSP with these controls it's an actual blessing it got ported to PS4.Would be better as a Vita port.
I didn't think it was bad on PSP, once I got used to the controls it wasn't that hard to play. The only thing I had issues with was the camera but just about every PSP game has camera issues.
I'm really hesitant about portable to console ports because of how meh MGS Peace Walker turned out to be on console. On PSP having low resolution environment graphics on a 3D title is common unless the game is extremely big in size, the environment's jaggedness isn't as well noticed and neither are grasses, dirt, and rocks for that matter. When Peace Walker got ported to PS3 everything about the game's look got "upgraded" but looked like all that had happened was that character models got an upgrade, and barely an upgrade at that. The PSP style environment looks the same on the console, jaggedness included, it was kind of a let down that you were playing a glorified PSP game with two analog sticks.
It has become a personal preference that portables get upgraded to portables unless the game is built from scratch again and specifically made for the console it is going to. Resident Evil Revelations looks great for a portable to console game but it is still obvious that it was originally made for the 3DS just by looking at the environment.
