I think the Tag Power Blow needs to work kinda like in Marvel VS. Capcom. In MVC you can have a character activate their special attack and then immediately cancel it and have another character do their special attack instead. So what I'm getting at is, is that I think Hitomi shouldn't have done her whole power blow and instead should have just done the final hit of her power blow. It looks over-powered and takes too long to go through with it. The Tag Power Blow should blend the two characters Power Blow's together. Just imagine if each characters Power Blow's differ in damage. In Tag you pair up the two characters with the most damaging power blows. They may be a terrible team but it could balance out in a way.

You're not gonna use them very often anyway, if both fighters need to be below the 50% mark. Some tag throw animations are just as annoyingly long. I never really got into tag all that much, but were the tag throws 5 frames,too?

Remember that one of those characters is also recharging health before the power blow connects.

DOA2 had tag throws implemented as 12 frame throws that required a :6::6::F+P+K: notation for the default.

DOA3 changed them to occur if you were doing the character's standard throw.

Personally, I prefer the 12 frame throw speeds for tag throws over the 4/5 frame throws that also remove a throw (or more) from the character. In DOA4 this became really abusable as everything was unsafe and a 5 frame throw was unbreakable AND granted at least 80 damage. It should also be noted that team tag throws will do 10 more damage than a non-team tag throw.

I think the team power blow would flow better if the first character tagged out before the darker slow down.

Anyone else see that Rig can juggle into an air throw?

And that launch height from Jann Lee!

Bass' 3K doesn't sit-down stun anymore :(

I assume by team tag throw you mean a special one like Jann Lee and Lei fang as opposed to like Bayman and Kasumi?

I think we should just have the ability to turn it off, because other people may like it.

Yeah, the DOA2 variant makes more sense. 5 frame throws that are unbreakable and do a shit ton of damage are just too much, even with two life bars. They should at least make them breakable if they will stay at 5 frames.

Its not about having an option or not ..
Its lazy programming and really looks shit if you ask me ...
and that pause in the middle of it kills it completely .. its too damn long ..

The breast physics are looking nauseatingly weird. They need to tone it down hardcore, it just looks retarded.

I'm kind of sad that Lisa got no spotlight in this one, but at least her costume looks great and her face finally makes her look ethnic. Though I'm confused as to why Bass is the most Asian looking character in the game, he looks like my Uncle but with a lighter beard.. http://bit.ly/OvgrOW

While I really like the IDEA of Tab PB I think it would be really cool if they adjusted the timing better. It looks weird to have Lei Fang begin her charge only to be interrupted by Hitomi coming in. They should have just made it so Lei Fang does her first two parts then Hitomi does hers then they charge their SLOWMO move together and send the person flying.NO PAUSES IN THE MIDDLE! Just Lei Fang BAM BAM Hitomi BAM BAM BAM slowmo BAM!

Yeah i think the power blow would work way better that way. And does it even need to slow down since Tag battle stages dont have much to aim at. I only saw a tree and bell in the asian garden stage in another video. Also i wonder if we will get more tag stages?

Actually this sounds like a really good idea. By the way they did a good jon with Jans voice, sounds the same except a bit softer than his old voice, i prefer his old voice though.

I would find this acceptable, and it would be generic enough that they wouldn't have to create a bunch of special PBs for all the combinations.

His new voice should melt fan girls to be honest. It's got that low soft sexy tone to it lol I like his new voice actor, it's not as over the top :)

Haha yeah i didnt here much of his tradition bruce lee voice, while hes hitting his opponent. I dont know how to describe it but everyone should know what im talking about, its jan lees trademark i guess.

Ah, yeah I see..It seemed to only happen after the end of those strings in the video.

Yeah they were doing pretty good, but now there beginning to get to DOAX ridiculous. I seriously hope that's a costume specific thing(meaning costumes that are *tighter* fitting don't jiggle as much :/ )

At the beginning Tina has one boob that bounce, while the other doesn't. Also I think they have been messing with Hitomi's face again. Eyes look all derpy
