They do look nice. Just wish they were creating chibi figures for other characters as well including the fellows (wishful thinking I know). Still waiting for them to slip up and accidentally reveal the new girl in one of their merchandise previews. XD

Well they are both designed from the ground up to cater to the Japanese fetishes, so its no real surprise.
Moment Marie rose was announced, literally drowns all DOA image searches with Loli art. Whereas there's STILL a shortage of Mila art, because Japanese don't like tomboys lol.

So seems that I was right when I said that the pool could be used from TN even for other purposes, apparently they have already started with them (the tweet seems to indicate that the drawing figures will be based on the outcome of the pool, by the way it's also true that Momiji is not part of the 4 most voted charas...)
Hoping that sooner or later they will give a chance even to the male cast to shine in some ways (I would be curious about a pool of Japanese preferences for them, of course Ryu would be the first one but what about the rest?)

So, yeah, the skimpy stuff sells the most as we all knew, so that's why it keeps coming. Good for some, bad for others. But, it kind of seems complaints are being noted. Will that tangibly change anything...? We'll have to see.
EDIT: Also, someone posted on GFaqs that the "announcement" was delayed (so the announcement wasn't the MR mousepad). Look for something next week.

That's good to hear. makes me wonder what how big it is considering it's rather difficult to delay a simple announcement. maybe a new video wasn't done in time?

@EMPEROR_COW, many thanks for this "coup de gueule". I can't agree more, it is time TN realize that. I really hope Tom Lee said the truth when he said he was preaching for this.
100% support to everything you said. I might even re-consider my position on DOAX3 if it help toning down the sexualisation on current DOA fighter.
I hope DOA5LR will have better net code... If it's part of the new announcement, this would be great news (dream mode "on").
(For balance modification, i don't really think i have a word to say as a Kasumi/Alpha/P4 player so... XD)

I think they are just saying it because someone asked and they are speaking for the whole company

I don't think there's anything wrong with the sexualisation on DOA. You don't want every fighting game to look the same. And it's the sexualisation that makes DOA unique. It makes me mad that people can get offended by sexualisation in videogames but think it's ok to carry guns to school and shoot people/hate on other races. All I'm saying is, there's more important stuff happening in the world to concern ourselves with and to get angry at.
Better net code is of course great. It's a given actually. We shouldn't even have to ask for it. It should have been present in DOA 5 vanilla.
